A few teams have attempted to complete the entire Final Fantasy series during a marathon, but to my knowledge none have succeeded. This July, a new Swedish team takes a shot at it!

Other: Four relaxed guys who shared a fundness of final fantasy has come together to do a marathon play of the Final Fantasy series. The idea of broadcasting the event came up and was agreed about, if there is a greater interest in watching the broadcast the marathon will likely turn into a fundraiser. The last marathon I saw with a Final Fantasy game in it was the Classic Games Done Quick Marathon by SpeedDemosArchive back in January – FFVI saw an incredible run live in about five hours. I’m greatly looking forward to a marathon of all the games, bring your skill and put on a good show and we’ll make sure to bring our pocketbooks for whatever charity you choose!
